IMPORTANT INFORMATION for Your Hotel Reservation should you have Travel Issues

If your travel plans are affected by the snow/ice storm that may be hitting many areas of the country this coming weekend, please call the hotel Guest Services at 602-225-0100, to advise them of any changes. This includes letting the hotel know if you will be arriving late (10pm or after), or after midnight or not until the next day so they to have them make note of a late arrival or if needing to adjust their check-in date. If you have to cancel your reservation, you can call this number as well.

The hotel is sold out on Monday night, so it is VERY IMPORTANT that you keep the hotel informed of any changes so that you do not lose your reservation completely.


Reservation Cancellation or No-Show Policy:

  • A fee of one night’s room rate plus tax will be applied if a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
  • A fee of one night’s room rate plus tax will be applied if a guest does not check in on the confirmed arrival date.
  • A fee of one night’s room rate plus tax will be applied if a guest departs sooner than the departure date that was confirmed at check-in.
