PIDA Releases 2014 Cross-Industry Compensation Survey
PIDA has joined together with 30 other distribution organizations in sponsoring the largest cross-industry compensation survey ever conducted. It is anticipated that approximately 1,000 firms with 8,000 locations will take part. With such a large-scale study, PIDA distributors will receive a wealth of information. Volume I of the final report will focus on the data collected for PIDA distributors as a group. Member firms can compare their compensation levels and benefit programs to other PIDA distributors. With the combination of 30 distribution groups, though, a much more powerful analysis is possible. Volume II aggregates the results of the entire sample that enables an in-depth examination of the data by both geographic area and firm sales size. Participants receive a complimentary copy of the report. Members and nonmember can purchase for a fee. Visit the online store for details.
