PIDA Announces Changes to the Annual Performance Benchmarking Program
Each year, PIDA administers the Performance Benchmarking Survey program, which provides distributors and suppliers an opportunity to evaluate each other in three key categories: Sales, Marketing & Promotions and Logistics & Operations. The compiled results are sent to member organizations in the form of the Performance Benchmarking Report Card. This confidential report has become a useful tool during the Executive Conference portion of the Pet Industry Leadership Conference. To provide a more thorough evaluation of distributors’ practices, PIDA is expanding this program, allowing non-member suppliers the opportunity to evaluate PIDA distributor members. PIDA distributors who wish to take advantage of this opportunity should contact PIDA at, for details.
